Because Marchula is a bit deeper in the hills, it is farther from the standard southern gates. It is roughly 8 km from the Bijrani Zone and about 17 km from the Garjiya Gate. Keep in mind that reaching the popular Dhikala entry point or Dhela/Jhirna gates can take a bit longer driving down the mountain ridge.
