Water stream of river may be close to resort or little away from resort depending on course of river. Like at Bella Monde resort , river flows close to resort while at river view retreat river stream is little far. Same way water stream of Ramganga river flows on perimeter of Tarangi Ramganga resort while it is little far from solluna resort. Almost every season Kosi river changes its course so one season you may find it close to resort while other season it may go lil away from resort.

Can we carry our own liquor and have it near river in resort lawn or boundary
Yes you can carry own liquor but in mostly resorts its consumption is allowed only in rooms , mostly premium resort allow liquor consumption in open if and only if liquor is purchased from resort only at their banquet liquor rates which are normally double to 4 fold of normal liquor rate. In case of groups some resort allow outside liquor consumption in open areas of resort.

There are two good cafe at Dhikuli and Garjia village by name Wanderers Terrace & Cafe - Corbett and Moustache Cafe Corbett. Please call and check whether those ones have required menu. You can also try Lord of Drink at Tarangi Spa resort.
